Joe attended Old Dominion and is a Systems Technician with AT&T. His hobbies are golf, fishing and travel, his future plans, retirement. Joe married Nancy Wilson, a fellow graduate of Princess Anne ’60. They have 2 boys, Ewin (Buddy) and Brian.
