Jack Nichols:
Jack received his Bachelor of Science
Degree in Engineering/Architectural Design in 1964 from Old Dominion University
where he was President of his Engineering Graduating Class and President of
Delta Sigma Fraternity. During his career Jack has been a Project Engineer
& Architect for several building organizations throughout the east coast of
the US. He designed and supervised the construction of a building for former
President Jimmy Carter. He was President/Owner of Royal-Coin Builders, Inc. of
Richmond, VA; President/Owner of Classic Frames and Art of Virginia Beach, VA; and
President /Owner of Nichols Enterprises, Inc. He holds a number of certifications
including Certified Construction Consultant, Certified Real Estate Appraiser and
Certified Architectural Design & Inspections. Jack is on the Board of
Directors of The American Diabetes Association’s Mark Luczak
Memorial Golf Tournament; Yellow Ribbon Fund Golf Tournament; Norfolk Sports
Club Pro-Am Golf Tournament and is the Membership Chairman of same. Jack has
been retired from the Virginia Housing Development Authority for five years. He
now enjoys traveling, golfing & captain on his boat. Jack lives in Virginia
Beach and is engaged to Ms. Sherril Overton. Jack has
three daughters, five grandchildren and six great grandchildren. The seventh great
grandchild is on the way.
